What We Do
Four Trades, One Number to Call
Most contractors on this shore do one thing. That works until the job crosses a trade, which out here it often does: a repipe that needs a circuit moved, a heat pump changeout that needs a heavier breaker, an EV charger that needs a panel first.
We’ve worked the Delaware shore since 2001 and we’re locally operated. Every technician who turns up at your door is background-checked, and we clean up before we leave.
Our Services
Heating
Heat pump installation and changeouts, dual-fuel with propane, seasonal maintenance before the first hard freeze, and ductless mini-splits for the rooms that never had a duct run to them.
Air conditioning
Installation for a house or an addition with no cooling, replacement when a system is failing, and spring maintenance for the three things that strand people in July: the condensate drain, the contactor and the charge.
Electrical
Service panel upgrades and whole house rewiring, indoor and outdoor lighting including landscape and security work, rough-in and finish for additions and remodels, and EV charger installation.
Duct cleaning & installation
Cleaning where it is genuinely warranted, sealing and repair where most duct problems actually live, and full replacement. Ducts serve both the heating and the cooling side, which is why they sit on their own page rather than under either.
